How Iong is processing and shipping?
All orders take 2-5 business days to process before shipping out. Once you place your order, you will receive confirmation via email about your tracking number. Delivery is 3-7 business days after processing date unless expedited shipping is chosen.
Refunds & Exchange
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY. The item must be in perfect condition. Worn or damaged items will NOT be accepted. Bad smells of an item will not be tolerated or returned. You must exchange merchandise within 3 business days of the receipt of purchase. Handling and shipping fees are non-refundable. No exchange on any bodysuits, swimwear, or accessories/bags. Sale and discounted items are final sale.
All orders that aren’t to be shipped are expected to be PICKED UP. We deliver for a fee within a 15-mile range only. Please do not expect an automated delivery upon items you don’t choose to be shipped throughout the website. Please pick up your order within a respectful time frame.

Any information collected from customers is strictly confidential. We will never ask for your social security number. Please avoid all spams or contact us if you feel you are being scammed. If you are checking out with Affirm, Klarna, Shop Pay, or After pay, you will need to contact their customer support for any services that you may need.
